On the evening of November 28, local time, according to the news from the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff, North Korea once again flew balloons to South Korea. According to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, depending on the wind direction, these balloons may drift towards the capital area such as Gyeonggi Province. The South Korean military called on citizens to be careful of floating objects in the sky. If found, do not touch them and report to the military or police nearby. North Korea has not responded to this.
