According to a report by Zhitong Finance on August 11, 深潮 TechFlow announced that 富册金科 (FTFT.US) today signed a commission agreement with a well-known compliance consultant in Hong Kong through its wholly-owned subsidiary "富册国际证券期货有限公司". The agreement entrusts the consultant to apply for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) based on the company's original holding of Hong Kong Licenses No. 1, 2, and 4, while also applying for License No. 9 for asset management, which is planned to cover both traditional and virtual asset management businesses. The consultant will conduct a detailed review and assessment of the company's business model, risk management capabilities, etc., and assist the company in preparing relevant application materials and business plans to submit to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
